6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 40 days business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
